1978 D Penny Need Help Please. Struck With Other Coin

So I found this 1978d penny I noticed some poorman doubling on the date and it looked dirty so went to look at it closer and notice a d by the shoulder of Lincoln and noticed the leaf patterns can not figure what the second coin is take a look any help is appreciated, thank you.

to CCF. I see glue on the reverse,so I am guessing someone glued two other coins onto the cent. The other two coin are now gone,leaving residue from the other coins. PSD,post strike damage.Wait for others to chime in.

not sure what you mean when you say glue? that silver in the memorial?

Soak it in acetone for a day and see what it looks like then.

CHS lol ok that would explain the veins lol didnt think of that but the g on Lincolns ear is bubbled out not in so no corrosion.?

Put water on a copper coin and it will turn green on its own.

Dipping in acetone is not considered cleaning. It
doesn't alter the coin, just removes the gunk.
Type in "Cleaning with acetone" in the search forum
at the top of the sidebar.
