Looking at this coin, either it is the most worn die I have ever seen on the Reverse, or it has been plated several times or too much.

The reverse die looks like it was polished down a couple of times, along with some Die Deterioration. There is also an issue with Split Plate Doubling, in the word "TRUST" and issues with the copper plating as well.

I don't see any evidence of either. It looks fairly normal to me.
