Could you give us close ups of the doubling and RPM area? From what you have provided us it looks to be normal.

Added: forgot to mention that it is doubled die and not double die

No doubled die or RPM jumping out at me in current images. Seems like a later die state, with what might be remnants of a die clash on the reverse. Thanks, Doug.
