This is a badly damaged antoninianus of Claudius Gothicus (you can just see the start of the name in the legend, [I]MP CL[AVDIVS] AVG, but the real give away is that chiselled jaw). The reverse is Providentia stood holding a cornucopia and a baton. By looking at reference texts, we can see what the full legend should read, which could be anything from PROVID to PROVIDENTIA, but here is PROVIDEN AVG.
Claudius II, Siscia Mint, 268-270 AD. IMP CLAVDIVS AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust right. PROVIDEN AVG, Providentia standing left, holding baton and cornucopia, globe at foot, T in right field. RIC V-1, Siscia 187.
