Hello

I just found a Memorial cent with the reverse on both sides. The coin is heavy 3.9 grams and in average circulated condition. How rare is this and how much would it be worth? I tried to do a search on ebay to see what they where selling for and there is none listed. I will try and post pictures Wedn. as I'm at my office and don't have camera here.

this would be a novelty item. it is not feom the mint. It was made by hollowing outyone cent and shaving down another to fit inside it. Look at the two reverses of the coin under magnification. On one side you will see a seam around the coin near the rim.

Magic coin! From what I understand, it's virtually impossible for the mint to make such a coin.....although I believe there may be 1 or 2 exceptions in all history.
