Where do you see this coin? on the Bay, LCS or do you own it? If it is for sale then the seller probably has the wrong image for the reverse, if it is your coin then it is probably a fake/counterfeit coin.

Reverse is from another coin. As for the obverse, I think after you remove the green (which I think will come off easily) I believe the obverse will be a no problem VF-20 but you need to get the true reverse pics.

Just for the LC Nuts out there, from 1796 - 1807 the mint made 'three' different reverse designs:

1) the reverse of a 1794 on chosen coins for just 3 years, 1794 - 1796

2) the reverse of a 1795 on some coins for only 4 years: 1795 - 1798 & finally

3) the reverse of a 1797 for certain coins for 12 years from 1796 - 1807

The 'wrong' reverse that we first saw was really the 'reverse of a 1797' because of the three aforementioned types it is the only architecture style to have just 'one' leaf layout choice:

16 leaves on the left and 19 leaves on the right.
