I bought this 1890 20 cent Newfoundland coin from a guy that sells stamps he didn't really collect coins he just had some there so I bought this for 5 bucks.

Nice buy, for $5.

This one looks cleaned, especially on the obverse.

I'd give it a F15 at best, maybe net graded to F12 because of the cleaning, rim nick and scratch on the reverse.
