Got this one from a truck stop today. Can anyone tell me were I can find a list of all the star notes for this date and series. Just wondering how rare this one may be?

very nice Which goes to show you that people dont know anything about paper money and you can find stuff like this in circulation. I would say "dunno now" That 80% of americans dont look at their bills
