Is this a DDR or not? I gently pushed it down with a toothpick to ensure it's not a plating bubble, and it's not. Opinions?

The indent on the upper part of the knee maybe just coin contact. If you could make a side by side with another coin the same year, it might help to tell if it is enlarged or not. Most of the time the DDR's are near the columns #6 & #7.

My opinion is very minor contact, not a DDR.
