Ive posted this coin before. Lets hope this pic does better.
On both sides ive noticed something. A die break?

The pics are not that clear, but it looks like PMD on both sides to me. The obverse may show a lamination flaw at best, it's hard to tell.

The reverse may have a die crack? The obverse may have a LAM?

Either a scratch or strike through on the reverse, lamination on the obv. No die breaks
