If it were a die issue, it would have to be lather lines, but they are circular, no it is not that. Note the field and the mid and highest part is showing it affected. Interesting find, but probably not a premium. I would save this one for now. Note the lines on the planchet on this one and the same lines on the coin in that area as well.
