Recently I bought a rare pattern of maldive 4L which made of silver but had plachet flaw, according to some reference such like Stephen album rare coins action saying that this pattern was strcuk at Heaton mint, and SWCC was wrong for pattern.
Don't hesitate to post your opinion.

I know Steve Album. We have had much discussion about coins in his area of expertise.
I would trust what he says or describes about coinage.
We had a long sit-down at breakfast in Chicago where he helped me organize and understand the Islamic portion of my collection.
And when dealing one-on-one with him at coin shows, he knows and describes in detail to the nTh degree the features on his coins.
To me and others he is regarded as a superb authority.
