Could someone please help me identify a us one cent coin looks like it was made in 2002 2005 somewhere around that time but its missing. IN GOD WE AND PARTIAL LIBERTY IS IT ANYTHING SPECIAL

What is the weight? If it is 2.5 grams, then it is normal weight and John1 answer is correct. The reason I ask is that the rims seem to be weak on your coin.

My guess- (an extension of coop and John1 theories):

Light strike caused by underweight (thin?) planchet.
Confirmation or rejection of this explanation will be found out by finding accurate weight.

Sorry got back so late was out of town before I can look at my post again but the weight of the coin is 2.50 grams so it would be just a grease struck strike

You can see the rolling lines on the obverse in a vertical direction.
