This came out of a BU roll. I thought it was a nice lamination so I figured it wouldn't hurt to put it in my collection. Thanks for looking and happy hunting!

This looks more like a struck through debris issue. Note the shape and thinness of the affected area.

Mr. Coop, if it was struck through, how come it isn't incuse? And why would it be peeling up?

I agree that it looks like a struck through issue. The struck through metal stayed on the coin after striking.
