I found this 1919 S LWC and to be 100 years old its in pretty decent shape. Looks like it might have some distended doubling but circulation wear is probably the culprit. Regardless I am glad to have it.

The most common MM cent of that era, but this is in great condition and quite a find. Congrats!

Thank you, nickelsearcher! I only keep the good wheat cents I find and put the rest back into circulation in hopes a kid may happen upon it and a new collector is born from finding it.

Jim, I keep all Wheat Cents, wether they're trashed or not. All the culls go into my pile of the Wheats I save, in a plastic bag.

nice coin , keeping wheat's do add up, if you have kids , grandkinds , ect. it good to have them start with, only cost a penny ,so the learn with them (loose them)ect. ,but every penny put away is fun an other day,happy hunting
