question, I have found a LMC 1992 D with rpm
RPM-For-Lincoln-Memorial-Cent-1992-D If anyone can give some information on this find it would be greatly appreciated as I am new to collecting, and can not find any info from my books. THX

To CCF! Looks like Split Plate Doubling. http://www.error-ref.com/split-plate-doubling/

Also, the last year the U.S. Mint punched mintmarks in by hand was 1989, so after that, it's now not possible.
