Spender. Not fancy enough to have notable added value, and the creases through the portrait would lower any premium someone might pay for the "02" bookends.

I hate to "pile on", but unfortunately the OP's note is unremarkable.

Surely a visit to your local bank may net a more interesting serial numbered note in better condition.
