I'm not too knowledgeable as far as European jettons are concerned but this one may be from Nuremberg with the inscription, LIB MICH ALS ICH DIH, meaning Love Me As I Love You.

It certainly is a Nuremberg jetton. Here's an example from Roelandt et al, Les Jetons du Moyen Age, page 158, No.993. Will look up more information in Mitchiner later.

Iorg Schultes (1515-1559)
Probably made in the Schultes workshop during the 1580's.

Obv: Shield of France bearing three fleurs de lis: surmounted by a crown: enclosed by a scroll based on the Order of Saint Michael. . LIB : MICH : ALS : ICH : DIH (alls C's reversed)
Rev: Triple stranded straight cross fleuretty with, alternately, a Crown and a Lis in each angle. Wedge plus fictitious legend: MAIOAO Mitchiner Volume I, p.405, No.1380.
