I see that SGS has MS70 advertised again on ebay in there title line on an ebay auction. I thought this was not allowed anymore I reported them to ebay.

This should not be allowed them ripping off people that do not know any better.

Some years ago when I was just starting to collect I bought some of there MS70 State Quarters even being a new collector when I got them and saw the condition of these coins I was shocked and new I got ripped off. Should try and resell them on ebay but I will not do that to someone just count my loss as a learning experience.

Are you talking about Aboncom? He deals in counterfeits as well. I have personal experience.

As of now there's only one 'SGS' in the title coin listing left on ebay, and it's going on report right now. universallive is the seller.

Sadly if it's a live auction, probably nothing will be done. However ebay live auctions are done at the end of the year.
