NumisMattyUk- yeah, that is what I figured as well. But I'm still not sure if it is an EF or an AU.

I don't like the look of the coin from those pictures, but I'd say VF35.

Prethen- yeah my scanner usually doesn't like small coins. The obverse does look a lot better in real life. And that diagonal streaking is really not really even noticeable either.

Scanners suck for coins! LOL

It's hard to grade off this scan, but that coin looks closer to AU than EF to me.

It won't change a thing if it turns out to be lower than aUNC due to those scratches
