tdziemia Pillar of the Community United States 7953 Posts	Posted 02/02/2019 5:52 pm Coin 1 - Polgrosz (1/2 groschen) of Swidnica, Silesia in the name of Louis of Hungary; the date (around 1520) would be between 10:00 and 12:00 on the side with the crown, but there is some damage there. Coin 2 - 1548 Polgrosz (1/2 groschen) of Sigismund II of Poland/Lithuania, minted in Vilnius, Lithuania Coin 3 we might be able to help with a clearer photo. In this condition (holes), the coins are not worth very much, but they are interesting, historical objects from this part of Europe. The crown/eagle design was used by Poland and nearby places from the 14th to the 17th centuries. There are a lot of coins with this design! There is a lot of variety (as you see from these 3 coins), and many coins from the 15th - 18th centuries can be found for reasonable prices (under $10 each).
