Pocket watch chain fob, stylish from late Georgian period to Victorian, early uses was for wax seals in letters and documents, writing is cut in reverse, it still should function and be able to be read

The image below, reversed and rotated, is how the sealing would appear when applied. The inscription is in Arabic letters, probably a personal seal with the owner's name for sealing letters or documents. The numerals 331 at bottom may stand for 1331 in the Muslim calendar which would be AD 1913/4. If I had to take a stab at the name, I'd say "Mikhail Salhani". Can-Anyone-Tell-Me-Where-This-Is-From
