I can't see this one going past 64 with all the hits on the obverse's face, neck, hair, 8 o'clock and 4 o'clock in the fields. That being said, I'd pay 65 money for it due to the eye appeal and lovely reverse.

Depends upon how deep those scratches on Lib's cheek are. MS62 or 3.

Too much lighting on photos but I'm at MS63 obv MS64 rev net MS63+
the 85 is known for above average strikes, so this is average for the year.
