1970-D Roosevelt Dime - Transitional Reverse Help Please

I know little about dimes, but had an UNC roll of 1970-D last year and this one stood out as looking like a transitional reverse when compared to the others. It's been sitting here ever since and figured I need someone who knows about such things to let me know if this one should go in the collection or to the bank. Thanks.

Looks like it to me. You can tell by the two deep grooves in the torch flame. These are not as rare as some of the information out there would lead you to believe, I seem to find them fairly regularly. Yours seems to be in pretty decent condition, so I would keep it. Only costs you a dime!
