just pulled this out of pocket change tonight , looks like a spike head to me but , asking what you see ,crack goes into top of hair , and to the rim , but I'm lost by the A. any help thanks

Looks like a Die crack, AKA spike head. The portion on the A looks to be just part of the Die crack.
(I'm no expert. It's just my humble opinion)
