I purchased the set from the mint and took them out of the box for pics. I noticed the weird toning in the coin. Error or normal aging for this coin?

Thank You

Normal toning. Sometimes cause by the packaging material. The cello wrapped coins are often tone this way.

My 2006 set looks just like your coin... all of the devices on my coins have a similar yellow gold tone...
I got super excited when I first opened it up haha
