I'm new to all this just wondering with so many people on here that knows so much about coins why this penny looks old everywhere but the middle ?

There's nothing on the penny it just looks new in the middle and old on the outside it's obviously not new and sorry about orientation every picture I take I got to try to figure out how to get it resized to post it I'll get a picture of the back later today

Wrong, there is "something" on your penny. It looks something like this. A half circle of yellowish blochy stuff.

It kinda looks like the one area only didn't age maybe something was on it to keep it covered or yea maybe come into contact with something acidic would acid clean it up that much

It's not yellow it's like a new penny just in that spot ... I know cameras don't exactly do justice in a lot of pictures but if I were to look at a new penny and look just at that spot it looks like a new penny just in that area though
