This one looked promising but am not sure if its doubling in upper right of bay # 2 and bay # 11. Some series scrubbing was done on the die to clear something they didn't want there. Any opinions out there?

The die is about polished to death from all the clashes its been through.

Definitely not a Doubled Die. What you have here is heavy die abrasion that was done to remove Die Clashes. The memorial pillars were altered from the die abrasion.
