Eyez Pillar of the Community United States 584 Posts	Posted 02/08/2019 10:26 am I have been working on this one for a few days trying to figure it out, Let me know what you guys think.thinking of taking it in today to get looked at.I see that it has doubling but everything is just throwing me off lol. these next photos are from my editing program trying to see it all , also when I put the 1970 d layer over the 1990 it matched even the d make in the mint mark P Report this Post to the Staff

It can be different from strike to strike: Note the same marker on these coins. The MD is different from strike to strike. I found these in a OBW roll of BU cents. Report this Post to the Staff
Chase007 Pillar of the Community United States 7513 Posts	Posted 02/08/2019 1:34 pm I agree also, your coin displays a very strong Machine Doubling although showing tripling in some areas. The marking next to the 0 of the date is a contact mark same with the one inf front of Forehead. There is no possible way to have an overdate of 1990/1970. Good exploration but It's a spender.
