I have been working on this one for a few days trying to figure it out, Let me know what you guys think.thinking of taking it in today to get looked at.I see that it has doubling but everything is just throwing me off lol.

I believe it is Machine Doubling (flat and shelf-like) - cool novelty, no premium.

CoinsKelly is correct. That's Machine Doubling on Washington's nose.

so not to sound a fool or make a mocker because I do appreciate all wisdom but would MD show tripling because thats what I see at the nose?

I agree with MD, and yes MD can be tripled.

Machine Doubling doesn't play by any rules other than altering the edges of device. It can be different from strike to strike:
1990-P-Quarter-Doubling-,-Possible-Struck-Over-1970-D
Note the same marker on these coins. The MD is different from strike to strike. I found these in a OBW roll of BU cents.

I agree also, your coin displays a very strong Machine Doubling although showing tripling in some areas. The marking next to the 0 of the date is a contact mark same with the one inf front of Forehead. There is no possible way to have an overdate of 1990/1970. Good exploration but It's a spender.
