The glare is hiding mint mark area. Any other devices showing Machine Doubling? It looks like the top of the mint mark maybe affected?

It looks like Machine Doubling on the mintmark.

I would like a lesson on how to distinguish between a coin with MD & one with an RPM. I find this very hard to do. I understand the distinction between a double die and Machine Doubling but my example poses some additional challenges.

Plus, what are those two (maybe even three) small protrusions at between 6 to 9 o'clock on the upright D? I would not bother asking if there was only one of these things...
