That appears to be a Brazilian 10 Reis (KM# 314.1). I'd say that that is about an EF or so. According to my 4th edition of Krause, it is worth about $22 in that grade.

The 4th edition of this Krause is from 2004. So your coin may be worth a few bucks more than what I previously said.

Prices haven't changed in the most recent Krause. It's still $22 in EF and 12.50 in VF. If this coin were in my collection I'd call it VF based on the wear on the lettering of the obverse.
