1853 Wa Liberty Seated Half Dime Attribution

I would appreciate your opinions on this 1853 WA LSHD as to its attribution. I have already had it slabbed by NGC but would like to know if it is the Valentine 4a that I originally thought it was. The die crack does not go through the three but to the right from the rim through the right arrowhead and disappears into Liberty's foot area. I have Valentine's book but its not definitive.
