I'd say XF...

But then again, my grading is similar to to that of the SGS

nice type coins...VF with corrosion esp 1838.

Looks like VF20 on the well struck '26 and VF30 - EF40 on the lighter strike '38.

I'd say F-15 for the 1826, and choice for the grade. From what I can see in these photos the surfaces look pretty good. The obverse is more like a VF but the reverse I think holds it back.

The 1838 is probably VF-30 for wear but Atlashealth raises a valid concern. The surfaces look lightly porous and grainy. This coin looks like it has some of that "environmental damage" that causes a body-bag grading rejection at PCGS or NGC.

Zohar, can you confirm the porous surfaces when you examine the coin up close?

How bout VF-25, (nice clasp) on the 1826 and VF-35 on the 1838....
