to compare this kind of coins , the cgb.fr site is very interesting : there is an English version with facilitate to find the coin , but the description is in French . Maybe it is possible to translate in with google ? For this coin , first archives then Franch royal coins ,then at left characters : Philip I of France , then types :denier , then mint : Orleans

Thanks all for the comments. I agree the design does looks like a gate typical of the old style Roman campgate.

Obv: Porte accostee de IN, IC, avec I au-dessus et AT à l'interieur. (Gate with IN and IC alongside, with I above and AT within)

Rev: Croix cantonnee aux 1 et 4 d'une S. (Cross with S in opposite angles)
