After hunting a dime box I got 7x 1970-D RDV-2's. And 1 1970-P RDV-2. After searching ebay sold the prices are all over the place. Is there a premium? How common are they?

Thanks,

GC

There is a premium, but it's kinda small, since the 1970 P and D RDV-002 are somewhat common. They are easier to find then the 1969 one.

I have one question for you. Do you actually collect coins, or do you just sell them on ebay for profit? I've seen a lot of your items for sale lately, and I am just wondering out of curiosity.

I do actually collect E&V. I've been selling alot because I've been buying a lot of toned morgans and need the money to finance my addiction. On top of that I'm building my type set.

Well how many 1970 D and 1970 P dimes were in the box? The ratio of the number you found to the total number found of that date and mint should tell you something about how scarce/common they are.
