1959-D LMC RPM 006 On VV, What Do You Think?

I could not see a die crack in the hair as per one of the markers. The columns mentioned are different looking to me. Any thoughts? I really like this one and hope I can match it.

It's an RPM, but I don't think it matches RPM-006 on VV. I am not seeing that lower split sherif underneath the mintmark.

E&V, I didn't see it on the VV site. But, I also think the mint mark positioning is also off.

I agree with you PamG. Hopefully you'll be able to match it somehow. It's a nice and easily visable RPM too!

I would find it hard to believe this is not 006. quite distinctive looking and in the right place. Even without seeing any die markers I would be pretty comfortable placing this as 006. FYI, your close up of the date is rotated slightly clockwise, which may be why it looks a little different than in the catalog pics. ON the catalog pics the bottoms of the 9's are level and the 5 is a bit above them.
