I saw this post while on break (2:30 Central). I wanted to respond but break ended before I could. The first point I wanted to make is that the wrapper was the correct color for cents. Red= cents blue=nickels green=dimes orange= quarters. Sorry I do not know the color for halves. Second point is to suggest that perhaps a third party made a "Bicentennial Roll Set" to sell.

Oh, O.K. maybe, but it's odd that it's in the middle of the numbers. Also notice how it follows the curve of the 7, and both the 7 & 9 in one pic. I have no idea, been sitting in the attic for 40 years.

Here's a shot with me holding the roll up at an angle.

Why are you not showing the entire roll in one photo. It appears you are hiding the end of the roll.

Not trying to hide anything. I'm using a plugable microscope on a stand. Here's a couple hand held shots. Sorry, best I can do.

It was just a generic wrapper to celebrate the Bicentennial. They could have (and probably were) used to wrap any year cents.

OK, appreciate your comments. Perhaps if I do decide to open it I'll find a bunch of unc. mid 70's pennies. I know not worth anything still cool to find them unc. in 2019.
Thanks

or you could find a nice 72 DDO or 69s DDO , but I think that some bank might of had something to do with it , or brinks (generic wrapper to celebrate the Bicentennial.)good luck and happy hunting
