Not enough data on these pics to say for sure, try to display at least Four-Five devices in a pic with an overall image of both Obverse & reverse. Right now going by these pics, it looks like as coop call's it a push doubling, another form of Mechanical Doubling that widen's the devices versus reducing their sizes. |

Best way to check is to make side by sides with a normal coin. See if the device is reduced or enlarged. Make the images large enough so you can crop them exactly on the outside edges of the devices. Then make them the same size. On LIBERTY on these coins makes it harder, but if you can get part of two or three devices in the same image, then you can tell more about the exact outside device size. When an image is just showing one device, perspective view is not noticed. So it is harder to tell if the device is normal sized or not.

ok hope this works lol,   2 normal obverse and reverse.  this one shows me overlapping them same scale.  heres image off images.  here is example of the Break in the R. gotta take some new pics my hands are not what they used to be. |

got 2 new still working on the rest hope this is little better. The N in "IN" and the D in "GOD" so far, had to tape the led light on my microscope.  |

Ok so first one is is full Obverse and reverse then notice its a strike thru,how ever strike through is reversed most times so I thought. think theres some on cheek also but will look more into that later.  This one is some of is my coin but, John wexler's examples granted my scope and coin are nothing of his examples lol.  |

Ok guyz sorry in advance, my pictures where crap, so how can I aspect you guys to truly see what I see and help me out so I can learn properly,so I made some new ones. I noticed some damage on the pictures that I took prior so I thought it was making it hard to see but its not the dmg I thought it was. And thank you for being patient with this noob here so from now on I'm going to take the time for good pics.    so I hope this are alot better. |

Not a Doubled Die. It's Push Doubling as Chase said, which is another form of Machine Doubling. Errers and Varietys.

Probably the best way to get better images is to not sort out individual images. But try to get 3-5 smaller devices together. Two larger devices. On the image above of the date area. 19 with 'IN GOD' all int the same image. Also the 73 and WE TRUST all in one image. Crop the images to the outside borders. First image: Left border west side of 'IN', Right border east side of the '9' Top above the motto and below bottom of date. Second image the same: West of 'WE' and east side of '3'. Top of motto and bottom of date. Take images to focus on these areas, then do the same for a normal coin image. That way you will see if the devices are enlarged or not? Then try to copy the same set of images you are trying to match up to on an attributed image. This will give you a better view to see if it is enlarged, or if it is Machine Doubling, then you can see the reduction. That would be where I would start. |

makes sence coop, was just trying to match the lines in mine to the johns example to show you guys,but I guess I still need work on my pics, and I know its not in best condition but thats due to letters all over the place, back to drawing board, did think I had the good pics this time but yeah ill try it your way coop see how it comes out. Thanx guyz
