Sorry, but this is a fantasy piece, not a real coin. There were no real cash coins with triangular holes, and very few with pictorial designs like that dragon.
The legend on the obverse is that of the Qian Long emperor, who ruled from 1736 to 1795 - the Chinese Empire's last "golden age". This coin, however, was probably made sometime in the 20th century.
