Here is the prize coin from my buy today, and the one that ran up the price of it all! I got a good deal, but these puppies aren't cheap. I have passed on a number of them as the original dime images weren't super strong, which is pretty normal. But this one just leapt out so I picked it up. The slab is quite scratched up, though, so photos don't show the coin in it's full glory. A likely candidate for a new holder at some point. I say that, because those scratches really muck up what is a PCGS slabbed MS-66 awesome error coin.

No wrong#, usually a finished dime falls into the wrong hopper.

It's a possibility that it was "Mint Assisted." Unfortunately, we'll never know because the result is exactly the same. It's still nice and rare.
