Hello, I am very new to the coin searching and after hours of hand fulls of coins from the laundry room coin keg and hours of reading and videos, I decided this one so far seems interesting and want to know what if anything I may have. Bust seems to be attached to the rim, and all the lettering around rim seems to be offset and part of the rim.
is this considered a MAD thing and if so would it be worth anything?
Thanks in advance

It might be sightly off... but not MAD enough! LOL

A MAD coin that was worth something... would have devices missing off the edge (no rim where devices fall off edge), on only 1 side of the coin. An off center strike would effect both the OBV and REV of the coin.

The L on Liberty is normal and falls to the rim as the die gets worn out... especially prevalent on certain years (where it is right on the rim like that).

In future you would want to post the entire OBV and REV of the coin to determine what is going on.

But this coin doesn't seem to really have anything going on that is stand out as far as I see...
