Hi Guys-

I am trying to learn more about error coins. This is a new thing for me so I might be posting some "stupid" questions over the next month or so. Please understand my ignorance. I am teachable!

Is this a lamination error or just a parking lot coin? Thank you for your reply-

There is some lamination peeling and cracks going on... but think it also took a hit of some sort? Not sure the craters are cause by lamination...

Lamination issues seems plausible to both sides of the bust. Thanks, Doug.

Both areas are showing lamination errors IMO. I can see the peeling by the date area too.
