You can buy it from the BEP, https://www.bep.gov/services/shreddedcurrency.htmlSince the BEP online store was merged with the Mint's online sales, it doesn't look like you can order it online anymore. It still is available in the gift stores (at least the one in WDC).

My friends and family all know I collect PM, and I was given this as a gag gift several years ago. Like BD said, it used to be listed and available at the Money Store (online) before the BEP transferred their online store to the US Mint.

When I visited DC a number of years ago, I bought a Christmas ornament that was a glass ball filled with shredded paper money. I thought the green was nice and festive.
