I know it is not an Error . Someone made this, they had to. An Italian two headed coin . Now I have seen it all. You can see that they are different sides by the dirt spots.

As you may know, we see this a lot with US coins and use the catch-all name " Magician's coin". It seems as though older ones were made like this by sanding down two coins and then sticking them together whereas newer ones are being made by hogging out the inside of one coin and then sliding a slightly reduced second coin in the first.
