I agree with john, on the reverse it looks like it could be a Struck Through Grease ,but not certain because the image has too much glare.

It's indeed a Large Date, but no RPM. Just circulation wear and flattening.

On the reverse it looks more like a struck through debris/something on the coin issue. If it were a Struck Through Grease the false column line would not exist. But when I look at it, it looks enhanced. The mint mark is a contact mark. Note how the metal was pushed upwards SE on the upper let corner. The 'FG' looks like the die was polished on that area. Note how the 11th bay SE corner show metal reduction on that bay area. (leaving a raised area on the bay)
