I really dont collect much, just look up coins I find in my change. my question is what do I do to find out if its worth anything. I need help connecting to the proper people. I live in a city with one coin shop. I know he would look it up ad offer me something like 4 bucks. PLEASE HELP.

Dimes from Philly didn't have mint marks until 1980. So you have a normal business strike 1968 plain dime from Philadelphia.
