To my knowledge, if I looked at it as a US coin, it would be very strong doubling (on certain parts) on the obverse side. I also see that the rim starts to recede from the field, and the rim dots starts to become very apparently doubled and extruding from the center, until it it is almost double dotted. On the reverse, the separation on the rim is on the exact opposite end of the coin. Any information on what error(s) I'm seeing, as well as what premium it might bring, would be greatly appreciated!

A combination of both machine (strike) doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling. Very common on 1965 to 1969 1-cent coins.
