1974 D Cent - Missing F On Initial REV - Raised Area Behind Memorial West

It looks like the f on the fg initial on reverse is missing. Also looks to be a raised diagonal area behind west end of memorial. Any help is appreciated.

It's caused by an Over Polished die issue, from abraiding the die to get rid of a Die Clash. That line you see is part of the Die Clash they were trying to cover up.

Is a die clash damage or error? Or can it be both?
