I hope to seek some insights on what you think its mint mark is and whether it'd be worth it to grade this coin! Thanks a lot guys!!

I don't see any sign of a mint mark, just damage. Not worth grading, as it is a slick/cull with little value over melt.

Would a TPG even assign a grade if they cannot read the mint mark?

This particular coin is so worn and appears to have some damage such that the TPGs most likely would not even authenticate it.

Below the right side of the S I see what looks like the left side of a C, but when I enlarge the image I don't see it anymore. So it may just be my mind seeing things which aren't really there, trying to make sense out of random data.

If they can identify the date and mm in anyway such as a die pair or whatever they will grade it. If they can't figure out the date/mm they'll send it back unslabbed

It might have been a MM at some point, but no way of knowing right now.
