I don't see any sign of a mint mark, just damage. Not worth grading, as it is a slick/cull with little value over melt.

Would a TPG even assign a grade if they cannot read the mint mark?

This particular coin is so worn and appears to have some damage such that the TPGs most likely would not even authenticate it.

Below the right side of the S I see what looks like the left side of a C, but when I enlarge the image I don't see it anymore. So it may just be my mind seeing things which aren't really there, trying to make sense out of random data.
