Canadian Coins wrote:

Does that apply to all coins in Charlton?

I'd like to know that too. I mean how much are we supposed to deduct from their values tables before we are at the actual value of a coin?

All coins in the book. At least this is what Charlton claims on several pages.

Common sense dictates some coins are more likely to be worthy of certification than others... which probably explains common circulation coins at or about FV.

Just picked up the Silver set of these. They are nice coins. If the Circulation Issue is $15 in MS-63 why not just go with the silver proof?
